Meet the A Team
The humans behind AD. Six people, six different skill sets, one shared obsession with doing the work properly.
Small Team, Big Output
AD runs lean. Not because we can’t grow — but because we’d rather have six people who are exceptional at what they do than twenty who are just okay. Every person on this team was chosen because they bring something nobody else here can. No redundancy. No passengers.
Here’s who you’re working with when you work with AD.
Danial Mansor — Co-Founder, Managing Director
Engineering background. Strategy brain. Danial is the reason AD approaches creative work with the precision of a systems architect. He leads client relationships, business strategy, and the overall direction of the agency. If you’re in a kickoff meeting with AD, Danial’s the one asking the questions that reframe the entire brief. Also the one most likely to use a space metaphor in a presentation and mean it sincerely.
Adila Hamdan — Co-Founder, Lead Editor
If it has words, Adila has read it. Twice. She runs content and editorial direction across every AD project — from website copy to event programmes to brand voice documentation. Adila’s superpower is making complex things sound simple without dumbing them down. She’s the reason our writing doesn’t sound like it was generated by a committee.
Badriozzaman Abu — Lead Product Designer
Badri is the visual thinker. Brand identities, product design, visual systems — if it needs to look right, it goes through him. He has the kind of design instinct that makes other designers annoyed because he gets it right on the second iteration when they’re still on their eighth. Calm under pressure. Ruthless with white space.
Wan Muhamad Fadzli — UI/UX Specialist
Fadzli thinks about how people use things. Not how things look — how they feel when you click, scroll, and navigate. He handles user experience design and interface architecture across AD’s digital projects. The kind of designer who will fight for a button placement because he knows it affects conversion. He’s usually right.
Khairul Fikri — Lead Developer
Fikri writes the code that holds everything together. Frontend, backend, system architecture, deployment — if it lives on a server, he built it or reviewed it. He’s the technical backbone of the Build pillar and the person who turns design files into functioning systems that don’t break at 2 AM. Quiet until you ask him a technical question, at which point he becomes extremely not quiet.
Ida Mansor — Marketing Specialist
Ida runs campaigns, manages social media, and drives growth strategy. She’s the bridge between the work AD creates and the people who need to see it. Digital marketing, content distribution, performance tracking — Ida makes sure great work doesn’t just exist, it reaches the right orbit. Also the team member most likely to know what’s trending before everyone else does.
That’s the Team
Six people. Three pillars. A shared belief that the work should speak louder than the pitch deck. If you want to work with people who actually care about the outcome — not just the invoice — say hello.
