AD Builds Website and Registration System for GHaS 2025

A full digital suite for JAKIM’s Global Halal Summit — event website, delegate registration system, admin dashboard, and an FAQ section that actually reduced enquiries.

The Digital Backbone of an International Summit

Before a single delegate arrived in KL, they interacted with what we built. The GHaS 2025 website was the first touchpoint for halal certification bodies from 47 countries — and for many of them, their first impression of how Malaysia runs international-scale events.

No pressure.

What We Built

The event website covered the full programme schedule across the multi-day, multi-venue summit. Speaker bios with photos and credentials. Venue information with maps and directions. And a comprehensive FAQ section — which turned out to be one of the highest-value features we delivered.

Here’s why: international delegates have questions. Lots of them. Visa requirements, dress code, dietary accommodations, transport from KLIA, prayer room locations. Before the FAQ went live, the organising committee was fielding these individually. After? The volume of enquiries dropped significantly. A well-structured FAQ page isn’t glamorous, but it’s the kind of thing that saves hundreds of hours of organisational bandwidth.

The Registration System

The registration system handled delegate sign-ups from 47 countries with different requirements, credential verification, and confirmation workflows. On the backend, an admin dashboard gave the organising committee real-time visibility into registration numbers, delegate profiles, and attendance status.

This wasn’t a Google Form with a spreadsheet behind it. It was a proper system built to handle the complexity of an international government summit — with the reliability to match.

Digital + Event = One Team

Because AD also handled the creative direction and event management for GHaS 2025, the website and registration system were built with full context. The design matched the event branding. The registration data flowed directly into delegate management workflows. No handoff gaps. No "the website team didn’t know about that." One integrated delivery.

Got something worth building?

A brand, an event, a digital product — whatever's on the whiteboard, let's figure it out together.
