AD Delivers Registration & Event Management Support for FT Run Putrajaya 2025

The FT Run Putrajaya 2025 was a community fun run by Majlis Sukan Wilayah Persekutuan (MSWP). 5km route. Dataran Putrajaya, right in front of Istana Kehakiman. Flag off at 7:30 AM on 14 September 2025. Hundreds of participants.
AD came in to power the registration and support the event management.
What AD Delivered
We delivered the event registration service from the moment sign-ups opened, including a digital race-kit collection system. No paper forms, no chaos at the collection counter. Participants registered online, received a QR code, scanned it at collection, and walked away with their kit. Clean and fast.
On the ground, we provided event management support, working alongside the organisers on race-day coordination so the flag-off and collection ran smoothly.

Our digital system eliminated all of that. Scan, verify, collect, done. It cut average collection time dramatically and reduced the volunteer headcount needed at the counter.
